About Our Founder
Richard was the security and privacy lead for the Kentucky Health Benefit Exchange during the Kentucky implementation of the Affordable Care Act. He was part of the team that led one of the few successful state health benefit exchange implementations. Richard has also served as Chief Privacy Officer at University of Kentucky HealthCare for an 8 year stretch. Richard mostly enjoys finding ways to make technology do manual tasks in compliance.
